Brad Swanson is Founder and Principal Consultant of Propero Solutions. He is a veteran of the software industry with 15 years of experience in executive management, project and program leadership, product management, and software development in both start-ups and large companies. He has led successful agile projects with teams distributed between the US, India, and China. He was an early adopter of agile methodologies, starting with eXtreme Programming as a developer in 1999. Brad is a Certified Scrum Coach, Certified Scrum Master and an active member of the agile software community.
