XMind is a popular brainstorming and mind mapping tool based on the Eclipse Platform (Eclipse Community Award 2008 winner, in fact). It supports

XMind can import Freemind and Mindmanager files and added the ability to export Freemind files with its recent 3.0.3 release.

XMind provides a number of collaborative and project management features, allowing users to post mind maps to a public sharing service and adding a new Gannt chart view to maps.
