Release Date: 2009-07-09
Version 3.0 is a major new release that adds several new features and improvements. Highlights include:
- Several REST improvements, such as inferred schemas and support for OPTIONS and TRACE methods.
- JavaScript support for all scripts inside a project.
- Support for WS-ReliableMessaging, both on a request and TestCase level.
- The incorporation of tools for performing WS-I Basic Profile compliance tests.
- New native installers for Mac OS X and Linux.
- An enhanced browser component.
- Several updated libraries.
Many bugs were also fixed in this version. You’ll find:
- Burst Strategy now works.
- Soap monitor has been improved.
- The Enable-UI command line option in pro runners has been fixed.
- The ProjectRoot setting has been removed from project file.
