Version 2.6.13 is a bug fix release. It includes,

A fix for when header_checks REJECT pattern matched multi-line headers

A fix for when "bare" newline characters get sent when an smtpd_proxy_filter returned a multi-line header

A fix for a reported panic error ("master_spawn: at process limit")
