Description:

JRuby is a pure-Java implementation of the Ruby programming language. It is integrated with Java to allow the interpreter to be embedded into any Java application with full two-way access between the Java and Ruby code.

 

JRuby is used in similar ways as you would use the standard Ruby interpreter. Use JRuby to leverage Java libraries inside a Ruby application.
