Hibernate ® Core 3.3.0.GA

Version 3.3.0.GA contains loads of fixes and new features. Some of the enhancements incorporated since Version 3.2 include:
- Migration to a Maven-based build.
- Splitting of the project into modular jars, which allows users to easily see and minimize dependencies.
- A redesigned second-level caching Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI).
- The integration with JBossCache 2.x, as a second level cache provider.
- The added capability of bulk insertion of related entities.
Fixes to the following issues are also included:
- A NullPointerException in TypeFactory.replaceAssociations.
- A NullPointerException in the insert-select query, when select includes join.
- DB2CustomSQLTest failures.
- An infinite loop resulting from a ConcurrentModificationException in AbstractBatcher.
- Exception masking in Isolator.JdbcDelegate, when a connection cannot be opened.
