This major release contains several security fixes and other significant improvements. Notable changes include:

Security repairs to multiple WebGL crashes.
A security fix to integer overflow and arbitrary code execution in Array.reduceRight().
A security fix to memory corruption due to multipart/x-mixed-replace images.
A correction to a use-after-free vulnerability when viewing XUL document with script.
The addition of support for CSS animations.
A change in location for the Do Not Track (DNT) preference.
